Indication & Dosage: Iretavir (Entecavir), generic Baraclude is a prescription medicine used to treat chronic (long-term) hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection. Entecavir decreases the amount of hepatitis B virus (HBV) in the body. Iretavir manufactured by Genvio Pharma Ltd. in Bangladesh. Entecavir has to take orally once a day on an empty stomach (at least 2 hours after a meal or at least 2 hours before the meal). * Compensated Liver Disease: - Nucleoside inhibitor therapy naive adults and adolescents 16 years of age: 0.5 mg orally once daily - For Lamivudine refractory or known Lamivudine or Telbivudine resistance substitutions: 1 mg orally once daily - Decompensated liver disease patient (adult) : 1 mg orally once daily Side Effects: The most common adverse reactions of Entecavir are: Headache , tiredness , dizziness , or nausea .
