Indication & Dosage: Imdelltra (Tarlatamab-dlle), is a prescription medicine used to treat treatment of extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC) with disease progression on or after platinum-based chemotherapy. This form of lung cancer is characterized by its widespread presence in both lungs and its metastasis to other areas of the body. Imdelltra is manufactured by Amgen Pharma Ltd. in USA. Administer IMDELLTRA in an appropriate healthcare setting as a 1-hour IV infusion every 2 weeks (Q2W) after an initial step-up dosing schedule to reduce the incidence and severity of CRS1. On Day 1 and Day 8 of Cycle 1, recommend patients remain within 1 hour of an appropriate healthcare setting for a total of 48 hours from start of the IMDELLTRA infusion, accompanied by a caregiver. Side Effects: The most common adverse reactions of Tarlatamab-dlle are: Tiredness, Fever, Change in how things taste, Decreased appetite, Muscle or bone pain, Constipation, Low levels of red blood cells (anemia), Nausea, Increase in uric acid.
