Indication & Dosage: Hernix (Neratinib), generic Nerlynx is a prescription medicine used to treat early-stage human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) positive breast cancer and which patients has previously been treated with the medicine trastuzumab (Herceptin). Hernix manufactured by Beacon Pharma Ltd in Bangladesh. Neratinib has to take orally once a day with food. Side Effects: The most common adverse reactions of Neratinib are: Nausea , vomiting , mouth sores/ pain, stomach/ abdominal pain, loss of appetite , weight loss, tiredness, dry skin , nail changes, or muscle spasms.
