CEFUROXIME AXETIL works by stopping the growth of bacteria. CEFUROXIME AXETIL antibiotic treats only bacterial infections. CEFUROXIME AXETIL will not work for viral infections (such as the common cold, or flu). CEFUROL is manufactured by I.E. ULAGAY Pharma LTD. in TURKEY. CEFUROXIME AXETIL has to take orally twice a day with or without food.
