Indication & Dosage: Blincyto (Blinatumomab), is a prescription medicine used to treat of of CD19-positive B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), including patients in first or second complete remission with minimal residual disease (≥0.1%), those with relapsed or refractory disease, and patients with Philadelphia chromosome-negative ALL during the consolidation phase of multiphase chemotherapy. Blinatumomab is administered as a continuous 24-hour intravenous infusion via a pump, typically once per treatment cycle, under the supervision of a physician. Initial monitoring is recommended during the first 1–2 days to ensure patient safety.
