Indication & Dosage: Axid (Nizatidine) is a prescription medicine used to treat ulcers of the stomach and intestines and prevent them from coming back after they have healed. Nizatidine is also used to treat certain stomach and throat (esophagus) problems (such as erosive esophagitis, gastroesophageal reflux disease-GERD). Nizatidine works by decreasing the amount of acid your stomach makes. Axid manufactured by TEVA Pharma ltd. in TURKEY. Nizatidine has to take orally once or twice daily with/ without food.
