Indication & Dosage: AMBILON (Liposomal Amphotericin B) is a prescription medicine used to treat a variety of serious fungal infection and leishmaniasis. It is often used in patients who cannot tolerate or who do not respond to the regular amphotericin treatment. AMBILON imported by Celon Pahrma Ltd. in India. Liposomal Amphotericin B is given by injection into a vein by a health care professional, usually once a day. It should be injected slowly over 2 hours. Dosage is based on Patient`s medical condition, body size, and response to treatment. Side Effects: The most common side effects of Liposomal Amphotericin B are: Shaking, chills, flushing, loss of appetite, Fever , dizziness , nausea , vomiting , headache, shortness of breath, or fast breathing.
