Pioglitazone works by helping to restore your body's proper response to insulin, thereby lowering your blood sugar. ACTOS manufactured by TAKEDA Pharma in TURKEY. Pioglitazone has to take orally once daily with/ without food. Side Effects: The most common adverse reactions of Pioglitazone are: Sore throat , muscle pain , weight gain , or tooth problems.
