Zykadia uses and dosage
Zykadia (Ceritinib), is a prescription medicine used to treat anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK)-positive metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) for which patients who are unable to tolerate or have progressed on prior crizotinib therapy. Zykadia Manufactured by Novartis Pharma Ltd. in Switzerland. Ceritinib has to take 450 mg orally once daily with food. *First dose reduction: 300 mg qDay *Second dose reduction: 150 mg qDay *Unable to tolerate 150 mg/ day: Discontinue

The most common adverse reactions of Ceritinib are: Diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, heartburn, constipation, or tiredness.
