Indication & Dosage: Yondelis (Trabectedin) is a prescription medicine used to treat patients with unresectable or metastatic liposarcoma or leiomyosarcoma who received a prior anthracycline-containing regimen. Yondelis manufacturted by JANSSEN-CILAG Pharma Ltd. In Germany. Trabectedin has to take by injection into a large vein (central line) by a health care professional. It is usually given every 3 weeks.
