Verzenios (Abemaciclib), generic Verzenio is a prescription medicine used to treat breast cancer known as HR+/ HER2– (hormone receptor positive/ human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 negative) breast cancer. Abemaciclib works by slowing or stopping the growth of cancer cells. Verzenios manufactured by ELI LILLY Pharma Ltd. in Puerto Rico. Abemaciclib has to take orally twice daily with or without food.

Verzenios side effects

The most common side effects of Abemaciclib are: Nausea, vomiting, upset stomach, loss of appetite, weight loss, constipation, tiredness / weakness, headache, or change in how food tastes.
