Indication & Dosage: Urinom D (Tamsulosin Hydrochloride + Dutasteride), generic Avodart is a prescription medicine used to treat the symptoms of an enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia-BPH). Tamsulosin Hydrochloride + Dutasteride works by reducing the size of the enlarged prostate. Tamsulosin Hydrochloride + Dutasteride helps improve urinary flow and may also reduce patience need for prostate surgery later on. Tamsulosin Hydrochloride + Dutasteride is not approved for prevention of prostate cancer. Urinom D may slightly increase the risk of developing a very serious form of prostate cancer. Urinom D manufactured by Unimed Unihealth Pharma Ltd. in Bangladesh. Tamsulosin Hydrochloride + Dutasteride has to take orally once daily with/ without food. Side Effects: The most common side effects of Tamsulosin Hydrochloride + Dutasteride are: Testicle pain / swelling , decreased sexual interest/ability, increased breast size or breast tenderness, decrease in the amount of semen/sperm.
