Tukadx (Tucatinib), generic Tukysa is a prescription medicine used to treat locally advanced unresectable or metastatic HER2-positive breast cancer who have received at least one or more prior anti-HER2 treatment regimens. Tucatinib is indicated in combination with trastuzumab and capecitabine medicine. Tukadx manufactured by Bigbear Pharma Ltd. In Laos. Tucatinib has to take orally 300mg twice daily with or without food (about 12 hours apart).

Tukadx side effects

The most common adverse reactions of Tucatinib are: Diarrhea, hand-foot syndrome, nausea, fatigue, liver problems, vomiting, mouth sores/ pain, weight loss, muscle/ joint pain, loss of appetite, abdominal pain, headache, anemia, rash.
