Indication & Dosage: Trexonate (Methotrexate), generic JYLAMVO is a prescription medicine used to treat of various conditions, including certain types of cancer (such as acute lymphoblastic leukemia and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma), severe psoriasis that has not responded to other therapies, and rheumatoid arthritis. Methotrexate is also utilized in the management of polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis (pJIA) in pediatric patients. Methotrexate works by inhibiting the growth of cancer cells and suppressing the immune system to prevent it from attacking healthy tissue.
