Indication & Dosage: Trepmac (Brigatinib), generic Alunbrig is a prescription medicine used to treat anaplastic lymphoma kinase-positive (ALK+) metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread to other parts of the body. Trepmac manufactured by Genvio Pharma Ltd. in Bangladesh. Brigatinib has to take orally once a day with or without food. After the first 7 days if tolerated, healthcare provider may increase dose to 180 mg orally once daily. Side Effects: The most common adverse reactions of Brigatinib are: Nausea / vomiting , diarrhea , decreased appetite, abdominal pain, constipation, tiredness, dizziness , fever, headache , trouble sleeping, or joint pain.
