Selpercatinib works by slowing or stopping the growth of cancer cells. Selpacta manufactured by Ziska pharma Ltd. In Bangladesh. Selpercatinib has to take orally twice (every 12 hours) daily with/ without food.

Selpacta side effects

The most common adverse reactions of Selpercatinib are: Dry mouth, diarrhea, constipation, headache, cough, swelling ankles/feet, nausea, vomiting, or fatigue.
