Reknib (Entrectinib), generic ROZLYTREK is a prescription medicine used to treat adult patients diagnosed with ROS1-positive metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), as confirmed by an FDA-approved test. Entrectinib is approved for use in adult and pediatric patients aged 12 years and older with solid tumors harboring a neurotrophic tyrosine receptor kinase (NTRK) gene fusion. These patients must be metastatic or facing the likelihood of severe morbidity following surgical resection, and must have experienced disease progression after treatment or have exhausted all available therapeutic options. Reknib manufactured by Drug International Pharma Ltd. In Bangladesh. Entrectinib has to take once daily with or without food as directed by patients doctor.

Reknib side effects

The most common side effects of Entrectinib are: Nausea, vomiting, tiredness, constipation, dizziness, drowsiness, sleep problems, headache, diarrhea, muscle/joint pain, unusual changes in sense of touch, or changes in how food tastes.
