Indication & Dosage: Prostacin (Tamsulosin Hydrochloride), generic Flomax, is a prescription medicine used to treat of the signs and symptoms associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). It is not indicated for the treatment of hypertension. Prostacin manufactured by Incepta Pharma Ltd. in Bangladesh. Tamsulosin Hydrochloride has to take orally once daily after the same meal each day. Side Effects: The most common side effects of Tamsulosin Hydrochloride are: Dizziness or lightheadedness, Headache, Abnormal ejaculation, Runny or stuffy nose (rhinitis), Tiredness or weakness (fatigue), Back pain or body aches, Sleep problems (insomnia), Nausea or mild stomach upset.
