Indication & Dosage: Pemomab (Pembrolizumab), generic Keytruda is a prescription medicine used to treat skin cancer (called melanoma, merkel cell carcinoma, cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma), non–small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), head and neck squamous cell cancer (HNSCC), classical Hodgkin lymphoma & primary mediastinal B-cell lymphoma (a type of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma), bladder cancer, MSI-H cancer, colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, esophageal cancer, cervical cancer (a type of cancer that occurs in a woman's cervix), liver cancer, kidney cancer, triple-negative breast cancer. Pemomab manufactured by Ziska Pharma Ltd. in Bangladesh. Pembrolizumab has to inject slowly into a vein over 30 minutes once every 3 weeks or once every 6 weeks. Side Effects: The most common adverse reactions of Pembrolizumab are: Tiredness , swelling ankles/ feet/ hands, itchy skin, nausea , vomiting , abdominal pain, decreased appetite, diarrhea , rash , fever , cough , shortness of breath , constipation or trouble sleeping.
