PALOXITRON (PALONOSETRON HYDROCHLORIDE) generic Aloxi is a prescription medicine used to treat nausea and vomiting caused by cancer drug treatment (chemotherapy). PALONOSETRON HYDROCHLORIDE works by blocking one of the body's natural substances (serotonin) that causes vomiting. PALOXITRON manufactured by PHARMADA Pharma Ltd. In Turkey. PALONOSETRON HYDROCHLORIDE has to take by injection into a large vein (central line) by a professional doctor. usually 30 minutes before the start of chemotherapy or right before the start of surgery.
