Opzelura uses and dosage

Opzelura (Ruxolitinib Cream) is a prescription medicine used to treat a skin condition called short-term and non-continuous treatment of mild to moderate eczema (atopic dermatitis) in non-immunocompromised people 12 and older whose disease is not well controlled with topical prescription therapies or when those therapies are not recommended. Ruxolitinib Cream is also used the treatment of a type of vitiligo called nonsegmental vitiligo in adults and children 12 years of age and older. Eczema is an allergic-type condition that causes red, irritated, and itchy skin. Ruxolitinib Cream works by weakening the skin's defense (immune) system, thereby decreasing the allergic reaction and relieving the eczema. Opzelura manufactured by Incyte Pharmaceutical Ltd. The most common side effects of Ruxolitinib Cream are: Nasopharyngitis (common cold), diarrhea, bronchitis, ear infection, eosinophil count increased, urticaria, folliculitis, tonsillitis, rhinorrhea, increase in a type of white blood cell (eosinophil) count, folliculitis (hives inflamed hair pores), tonsillitis (swelling of the tonsils), headache, urinary tract infection, fever.
