Indication & Dosage: Olatech (Olaparib), generic Lynparza is a prescription medicine used to treat ovarian cancer, HER2- negative breast cancer. Olaparib is used to help maintain patients body's response to prior chemotherapy for ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, or peritoneal cancer when the cancer has come back. Olatech manufactured by Techno Drugs pharma Ltd. in Bangladesh. Olaparib has to take orally 400mg twice daily with or without food until the disease progresses or unacceptable toxicity. [50mg ~ (8 + 8= 16) capsules daily]. Olaparib has to take orally 300mg twice daily with or without food until the disease progresses or unacceptable toxicity. ** Do not substitute Olaparib tablets with capsules on a milligram-to-milligram basis due to differences in the dosing and bioavailability of each formulation.
