Indication & Dosage: Nintib (Nintedanib), generic Ofev is a prescription medicine used to treat idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF; This disease scars and stiffens your lungs, making it hard to breathe), systemic sclerosis-associated interstitial lung disease, and chronic fibrotic interstitial lung disease. Nintedanib is also used to treat adenocarcinoma type locally advanced, metastatic or locally recurrent non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in combination with docetaxel in patients who have already received previous treatment with chemotherapy. Nintib manufactured by Eskayef Pharma Ltd. in Bangladesh. Nintedanib has to take orally 150 mg twice daily with food (about 12 hours apart). *Patients with mild hepatic insufficiency (Child Pugh A): have to take orally 100 mg twice daily with food (about 12 hours apart).
