Naurif (GRANISETRON), generic KYTRIL is a prescription medicine used to treat nausea and vomiting due to cancer drug treatment (chemotherapy) and radiation therapy. GRANISETRON works by blocking one of the body's chemicals (serotonin) that causes vomiting. Naurif manufactured by Square pharma Ltd. in Bangladesh. GRANISETRON has to take in a vein as directed by your doctor, usually 30 minutes before cancer chemotherapy or before/during/after surgery.
