Indication & Dosage: LuciZonger (Zongertinib), generic Hernexeos, is a prescription medicine used to treat of adult patients with unresectable or metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) harboring activating mutations in the HER2 (ERBB2) tyrosine kinase domain, as identified by an FDA-approved diagnostic test, following prior systemic therapy. HERNEXEOS selectively inhibits mutant HER2 signaling, thereby suppressing tumor cell proliferation and survival. LuciZonger manufactured by Lucius Pharma Ltd. In Laos. Zongertinib has to take once daily, with or without food.
