Lucivande (Vandetanib), generic Caprelsa is a prescription medicine used to treat medullary thyroid cancer that is unresectable or has metastasized to other parts of the body. The most common side effects of Vandetanib are: Diarrhea, Rash and acne, Nausea/vomiting, Hypertension, Headache, Fatigue.
