Selumetinib mechanism of action involves the inhibition of tumor cell growth, thereby impeding disease progression. LuciSelume manufactured by Lucius Pharma Ltd. In Laos. Selumetinib has to take orally twice daily about 12 hours apart with or without food as directed by patients doctor.
