This includes primary myelofibrosis (PMF) as well as secondary myelofibrosis arising from post-polycythemia vera (PV) or post-essential thrombocythemia (ET). Lucimomel manufactured by Lucius Pharma Ltd. in Laos. Momelotinib has to take orally once a daily with or without food as directed by patients doctor.
