Indication & Dosage: LuciMird (Mirdametinib), generic Gomekli is a prescription medicine used to treat of adult and pediatric patients aged 2 years and older with Neurofibromatosis Type 1 (NF1) who have symptomatic plexiform neurofibromas that are not amenable to complete surgical resection. As a MEK inhibitor, mirdametinib targets the dysregulated RAS/MAPK signaling pathway associated with NF1, thereby reducing tumor burden and improving disease-related symptoms, including pain, functional impairment, and disfigurement caused by these tumors.
