LuciElace (Elacestrant), generic ORSERDU is a prescription medicine used to treat postmenopausal women and adult men with advanced or metastatic breast cancer characterized by estrogen receptor (ER)-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative, and ESR1 mutation. It is specifically recommended for patients whose disease has progressed after at least one prior line of endocrine therapy. LuciElace manufactured by Lucius Pharma Ltd. in Laos. Elacestrant has to take orally once daily with food.

LuciElace side effects

The most common side effects of Elacestrant are: Nausea, Vomiting, Fatigue, Increased cholesterol levels, Elevated liver enzymes, Decreased hemoglobin, levels, Increased creatinine levels, Decreased appetite, Diarrhea, Headache, Constipation, Abdominal pain, Hot flashes.
