Indication & Dosage: LuciDorda (Dordaviprone), generic Modeyso, is a prescription medicine used to treat of aggressive brain tumors, particularly Diffuse Midline Glioma, including those harboring the H3 K27M mutation. It is being developed as a targeted therapy for patients with recurrent or treatment-resistant disease, where conventional treatment options are limited, with the aim of improving tumor control and overall survival. LuciDorda manufactured by Lucius Pharma Ltd. In Laos. Dordaviprone has to take orally once weekly on an empty stomach (at least 1 hour before or 3 hours after food intake).
