Indication & Dosage: LuciCriz (Crizotinib), generic Xalkori is a prescription medicine used to treat ALK+ (Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase) OR ROS1+ Advanced Non Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) which is extended to other parts of the body. LuciCriz manufactured by Lucius Pharma Ltd. In Laos. Crizotinib has to take orally twice daily with/ without food. Side Effects: The most common adverse reactions (≥25%) of Crizotinib are: Visual disturbance, nausea , diarrhea , vomiting , edema, constipation, elevated transaminase, fatigue, decreased appetite, upper respiratory tract infection, dizziness and neuropathy.
