Axitinib inhibits the proangiogenic cytokines vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and platelet-derived growth factor receptor (PDGF). LuciAxi manufactured by Lucius Pharma Ltd. in Laos. Axitinib has to take orally twice daily with/ without food. Side Effects: The most common adverse reactions of Axitinib are: Diarrhea , nausea , vomiting , loss of appetite , dizziness , tiredness / weakness , temporary hair loss , weight loss, cough, headache, altered sense of taste, hoarseness, constipation, or upset stomach.
