Indication & Dosage: Lotenib (Larotrectinib), generic Vitrakvi used to treat only in tumors with certain neurotrophic receptor kinase (NTRK) genes. A kinase is an enzyme that promotes cell growth. There are many types of kinases, which control different phases of cell growth. By blocking a particular enzyme from working, this medication can slow the growth of cancer cells. Lotenib manufactured by Drug International Ltd. in Bangladesh. Larotrectinib has to take 100mg orally per day with or without food with a glass of water.
