It is used against susceptible respiratory pathogens, including Streptococcus pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus, Haemophilus influenzae, and atypical bacteria such as Mycoplasma pneumoniae and Legionella pneumophila. Lefenta Manufactured by Drug International Pharma ltd. in Bangladesh. Lefamulin Acetate has to take orally twice daily every 12 hours for 5 days, taken at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals.
