About this medicine

For non-small cell lung cancer that: • is caused by an abnormal anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) gene; • has spread to other parts of the body; and • has already been treated with alectinib or ceritinib, or with crizotinib together with at least one other medicine for ALK-driven NSCLC. It is not known whether LORLADX is safe and effective in children.
