Indication & Dosage: Jakura (Tofacitinib), generic Xeljanz is a prescription medicine used to treat active psoriatic arthritis, moderate-to-severe active rheumatoid arthritis, ulcerative colitis.Tofacitinib prevents inflammation and tissue destruction that is associated with rheumatoid arthritis. Jakura manufactured by Hetero pharma Ltd. Tofacitinib has to take 5 mg orally 2 times a day or 11 mg orally once a day with or without food. Side Effects: The most common adverse reactions of Tofacitinib are: Headache , diarrhea , fever , chills , persistent sore throat, persistent cough , night sweats , unusual tiredness , fast heartbeat, shortness of breath, severe stomach/ abdominal pain, liver disease (such as dark urine, yellowing eyes/ skin, persistent nausea/ vomiting), warm/ red/ painful skin.
