Imacent (Imatinib), generic Gleevec is a prescription medicine used to treat certain type of cancer such as acute lymphoblastic leukemia, chronic myeloid leukemia, gastrointestinal stromal tumors, and myelodysplastic or myeloproliferative diseases. Imacent manufactured by Incepta Pharma Ltd. in Bangladesh. Imatinib has to take orally 1 tablet once daily with food.

Imacent side effects

The most common adverse reactions of Imatinib are: Upset stomach, nausea/ vomiting, diarrhea, headache, muscle/ joint pain, muscle cramps, dizziness, blurred vision, or drowsiness.
