Indication & Dosage: Ibrunib (Ibrutinib), generic Imbruvica is a prescription medicine used to treat certain cancers such as Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)/ small lymphocytic lymphoma, Marginal zone lymphoma (MZL). Ibrutinib is also used to treat Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia, Chronic graft-versus-host (cGVHD) disease. Ibrunib manufactured by Jenphar Pharma Ltd. in Bangladesh. Ibrutinib has to take orally once daily with a glass of water. Side Effects: The most common adverse reactions of Ibrutinib are: Thrombocytopenia , diarrhea , neutropenia, anemia, fatigue , musculoskeletal pain, peripheral edema, upper respiratory tract infection, nausea , bruising, dyspnea, constipation , skin rash, abdominal pain, vomiting, and loss of appetite.
