HER-2N (Ribociclib), generic KISQALI is a prescription medicine used to treat patients with hormone receptor (HR)-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer. Ribociclib is in a class of medicine called kinase inhibitors. Ribociclib works by blocking the action of an abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. Ribociclib helps slow or stop the spread of Cancer cells. HER-2N manufactured by Jenphar Pharmaceutical Ltd. In Bangladesh. Ribociclib has to take orally once daily for 21 days with Or Without food, then stopping the medicine for 7 days.
