Frabex (Tranexamic Acid), generic Cyklokapron is a prescription medicine used to treat an antifibrinolytic medication indicated for short-term use (typically 2 to 8 days) in patients with hemophilia. It helps reduce or prevent bleeding and minimizes the need for replacement therapy during and after dental extraction. Frabex manufactured by Square Pharma Ltd. In Bangladesh. Tranexamic Acid is given by injection into under the skin in the thigh, abdomen, or upper arm as directed by your doctor, usually 2 to 3 times a day for every 8 hours.

Frabex side effects
