Crizalk manufactured by Pfizer Inc. in India. Crizotinib has to take orally twice daily with/ without food. Side Effects: The most common adverse reactions (≥25%) of Crizotinib are: Visual disturbance, nausea , diarrhea , vomiting , edema, constipation, elevated transaminase, fatigue, decreased appetite, upper respiratory tract infection, dizziness and neuropathy.
