Binixen (Binimetinib), generic MEKTOVI is a prescription medicine used to treat specific types of cancer, including lung cancer and melanoma. Binimetinib is classified as a kinase inhibitor, a type of drug that functions by inhibiting the growth and proliferation of cancer cells. Binimetinib is specifically indicated for use in patients with unresectable or metastatic melanoma harboring a BRAF V600E or V600K mutation. Binixen manufactured by Everest Pharma Ltd. in Bangladesh. Binimetinib has to take orally twice daily with or without food as directed by patient’s doctor.
