BEDADX (Bedaquiline), generic Sirturo, is a prescription medicine used to treat pulmonary multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) in adults, and in certain cases adolescents, as part of an appropriate combination regimen when alternative treatment options are not available or are ineffective.
