Indication & Dosage: Anlotib (Anlotinib), generic Catequentinib is a prescription medicine used to treat advanced non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who failed two lines of chemotherapy. Anlotinib is a methoxyquinoline-indole derivative and it is a novel small-molecule TKI, has multiple targets of action, which can effectively inhibit tyrosine kinase activity, block EGFR-mediated tumor cell signaling, suppress angiogenesis, and inhibit tumor cell growth, thus promoting tumor cell apoptosis. The National Medical Products Administration approved anlotinib monotherapy as a third-line treatment for patients with advanced NSCLC and additionally, a phase IIB randomized trial substantiated that anlotinib is associated with a significant longer median PFS in patients with advanced soft tissue sarcoma. Anlotib is manufactured by Ziska Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in Bangladesh. Anlotinib has to take orally once daily. Side Effects: The most common adverse reaction of Anlotinib are: hypertension (15.4%) , oral ulcers (7.7%) , hand–foot syndrome (7.7%) , bleeding (7.7%) , and fatigue (11.5%).
