Indication & Dosage: Alipratinib (Pralsetinib), generic Gavreto, is a prescription medicine used of adult patients diagnosed with metastatic rearranged during transfection (RET) fusion-positive non-small cell lung cancer as detected by an FDA approved test (NSCLC). Pralsetinib is indicated for both adult and pediatric patients aged 12 years and older who have advanced or metastatic RET-mutant medullary thyroid cancer (MTC) and require systemic therapy. Pralsetinib is prescribed for adult and pediatric patients aged 12 years and older with advanced or metastatic RET fusion-positive thyroid cancer who are in need of systemic therapy and are refractory to radioactive iodine treatment. Alipratinib manufactured by Alliance Pharma Ltd. In Laos. Pralsetinib has to take orally once daily do not eat food as directed by your patients doctor.
